When you have raised a request as per the guidelines (here for bugs, here for text issues) - you may be eligible for a bounty!
Eligibility:
- You need to be the first to have reported it. Issues that have already been reported before (and in the process of being fixed or already fixed) will not make you eligible for the bounty.
- The issue will be verified and confirmed to be a real bug or error. If it's not a real bug or error (ie, you did something wrong, or a typo is not a typo but a regional language (AU/ENG/US) thing) you will not be credited.
- You need to have the issue reported as per the guidelines - ie, all requested information needs to be there - see links above. If you send us on a wild goose chase because you didn't note down which lesson or timestamp of the issue or missed a critical detail then you won't be eligible.
The prize:
For each report, provided you're eligible, we will credit you $5. The credit can be used as a discount on learn.cantrill courses or you can even gift it to someone else.
To redeem or gift the credit, simply raise a request with the relevant information. Tell us which course you wish to buy and that you have credits and we'll provide you a seperate link with the credit(s) applied to that link.
Leaderboard:
We'll keep a leaderboard for all of you bug hunters here. If you don't want to be listed on the board, just let us know - we'll keep your tally internally!
Happy hunting :)
