Occasionally we see reports that students suddenly can't play a video. Most of the time this seems to be a local issue. Try the following to resolve this:
- Restart machine
- Try another browser and/or clear cookies.
- Reset your internet connection. Alternatively, try a different connection to rule out if it's your ISP (try on your phone with WiFi disabled, or try with a VPN to a different location).
- If you use a Pi Hole, whitelist fast.wistia.com - some video's have analytics on them and the Pi Hole blocks them.
